Your books appear instantly in My Library, accessible from your dashboard or the dropdown menu under your username.
We currently support debit/credit card and PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay are not supported as of 12 January 2026.
If you're not already a creator, your dashboard will show an option to apply. After completing age verification, your application will be reviewed by our moderation team.
After becoming a creator, log out and back in to refresh your account. Your dropdown menu will then include an Upload Book option. Make sure to fill out all required fields and upload a thumbnail.
Creators receive the exact amount they set when uploading their book. Readers see a full breakdown of book price and platform fees during checkout.
Most books are reviewed within 24 hours, depending on queue size and whether artwork or age ratings need adjustments.
No. We do not track personal activity or browsing habits. A non‑identifiable device ID is stored for analytics, but it cannot be linked to you personally.
We collect book reviews, website visits, and purchase statistics. This helps readers discover popular books and helps creators understand their audience.
Yes — but only essential cookies. A single session cookie is created when you sign in to keep your account active. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third‑party tracking cookies.

No. Digital Bookstore is intentionally non‑communicative to protect users — especially minors. Feedback is reviewed privately by the moderation team.
Updates are reviewed and tested in an offline simulation environment before being deployed. Some updates may cause up to one hour of downtime.
Visit the Updates page in the footer. Scheduled updates appear there, and a red banner will show if an update is upcoming.
You may be banned for violating platform rules. If banned, no refunds are issued and all account data is permanently removed. If not banned, login issues may be caused by an ongoing update.
Books only appear after moderator approval. If more than 24 hours have passed, submit a complaint through the feedback system.
